Our name reflects our core philosophy: the prefix "co-" means together, and a "cohort" is a group moving toward a shared destination.

It started in a university library with a group of medical students and a simple realisation: the best teachers are often the ones who were just in your shoes. We saw too many students lost in a massive system and too many gifted tutors forced into greedy tutoring companies that undervalued their work. We knew there was a better way, so we built something different.

We founded this collective to bridge the gap between high-achieving individuals and students who need more than just a textbook explanation. Because we’re students ourselves, the challenges of the current curriculum aren't distant memories, they are the exact hurdles we navigated just a few years ago. We know the emotions, the late nights and that breakthrough feeling when a difficult concept finally clicks.
